Yes. Whether your organization has 20 employees or 20,000, the assessment framework is designed accordingly to provide meaningful insights appropriate to your size. We do not believe in one size fit all approach.
WOW, as an independent 3rd party, evaluates workplace culture holistically by combining employee feedback, organizational policies, leadership practices, governance, and workplace systems. It provides actionable business intelligence rather than only engagement scores.
WOW services are offered on annual subscription model. Once registered, data uploaded, payment done – the organisation can trigger the assessment total 4 times in the subscription period of 12 months.
Assessment
Organizations register, complete organizational information, upload relevant policies, invite employees to participate in confidential surveys, and receive detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
The overall assessment process generally takes 2–6 weeks, depending on organization size and response rates.
Higher participation leads to more reliable insights. We recommend broad participation across departments and levels. Minimum 60% of employees need to respond within survey period of 30 days for completion of assessment.
Yes. Employee responses are treated confidentially and are generally reported only in aggregated form to protect anonymity.
No. Individual identifiable responses are not shared with employers.

Organizations receive: WOW Place to Work Certificate and WOW Seal (where applicable), Detailed Culture Intelligence Report with Action recommendations, Culture Risk to Financial Risk (If CTC data provided), Overall WOW Score and WOW Culture Rating, Culture Dimension-wise scores and Analysis, Culture Policy wise Analysis, Culture Dimension and Policy Divergence Analysis, Employee Culture Dimension and Leadership Divergence Analysis, Aesthetically Designed WOW Merchandise with Company Logo (if logo provided).
Yes. Within the subscription period of 12 months, organizations can repeat assessments total 4 times, to measure progress and compare results over time.
Certification
WOW Certification recognizes organizations that demonstrate strong workplace culture based on the assessment framework and defined evaluation criteria.
No. Certification is awarded only to organizations that meet the required standards.
Certification is typically valid for one year, after which reassessment is recommended.
Yes. Certified organizations may use the WOW Certification badge and logo in accordance with our branding guidelines, within the subscription period of 12 months.
Confidentiality & Security
Yes. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data and maintain confidentiality. We do not collect any employee names or their phone numbers.
Assessment reports are shared only with authorized representatives of the participating organization.
No. Individual organization data is never shared with competitors or with anyone else or made public without permission. However, if opted by the organization, the certification status is verifiable using the verification facility provided at our website.
